I think it will be Texas Tech and Florida in a high scoring affair with tech pulling the upset and staying undefeated

That would be pretty remarkable if they won the National Championship considering they were probably never considered a contender by anyone prior to the start of the season.
Do they need to play Oklahoma in a Big 12 Championship game?  If so that will determine a lot.

Looks like we've got the answer to THAT question...

Now that Tech is out, I'm gonna say Bama 'n' Texas

unless OK beats OkState handily.  Then Bama/OK

Bama loses both ways, IMO

The  Dirty Dozen's south division will be tough this year.  OU, Texas, Ok State, Texas Tech, and even though Baylor is not a contender this year, they are an easy one to slip up on.  I see OU loosing to Texas, Ok State beating Texas, and OU beating OSU.  Once again, it would be a 3 way tie in the Big 12 South but as a Sooner fan, I doubt the voters will let OU be higher in polls in that situation this year.  That means that Texas goes to and wins the Big 12 championship and Looses to Bama in the BCS Championship game.

It will be the University of Florida Fighting Gators.

No, we haven't forgotten '05 season....but with no more Vince Young, there is NO WAY Texas can even touch USC.  Trojans will win it all given the voters don't keep them out because of prejudice.  If NCAA/BCS ever pulls its head out and institutes a playoff format USC will win it all regularly...until then, we have to wait for unbiased voters.  Fight ON!
